Technical Performance
1. Meets the requirements for oil-free, long-life high temperature and high vacuum testing.
2. Vacuum degree: better than 1×10-5Pa under no load, better than 1×10-4Pa under load, with an error of ±5%;
3. Cesium pipeline temperature: 30℃ to +450℃, temperature uniformity ±1.5℃;
4. Can work continuously and stably for a long time (at least 360 hours).
