On March 1, Zhongke Kemei organized the 2021 annual planning work meeting. A total of 14 company leaders and middle management participated in the meeting, which was chaired by Executive Vice President Wang Xinyong.
At the meeting, the heads of various departments reported on the 2021 work plan and key measures based on the annual job responsibility documents and the company's annual operational guidelines, in conjunction with the annual key work arrangements. Company leaders provided comments and specific requirements.
Wang Xinyong put forward the following requirements for the key work in 2021: First, all levels of management should enhance their awareness, strengthen self-requirements, play their roles, and actively create value. Second, departments still need to improve customer awareness, adhere to customer needs as the unified criterion for work, and create a united and hard-working work atmosphere; in a fiercely competitive and brutal market, we can only continuously enhance the customer experience, ensure product quality, and win market reputation with excellent service to solidify our industry position.
Chairman and General Manager Yu Cailin delivered an important speech. He pointed out that 2021 is the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan and also the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Management at all levels should seize strategic opportunities, strengthen the awareness of responsibility, unify thoughts, maintain a high degree of consistency with the company's development strategy, maintain strategic determination, and strive to achieve strategic goals. First, we must dare to liberate our thoughts, break traditions, innovate, and take responsibility. We must meet high standards and strict requirements, be firm, resolute, and steadfast; earnestly implement Kemei's new five-year rolling development strategic plan. Second, we need to think about how to stimulate team potential, improve organizational efficiency, build corporate culture, and fully leverage the team's combat effectiveness to support the company's rapid and healthy development, achieving the operational goals for 2021. Third, we must recognize the current situation, see the problems clearly, innovate measures based on development itself, clarify the key focus and direction of each department's work, solidify the foundation, identify problem areas for improvement breakthroughs, and achieve high-quality development for the company.
Through this meeting, participants further clarified goals, unified thoughts, and built consensus, strengthening the belief in victory and laying a good foundation for the comprehensive completion of the 2021 work objectives.
