Space environment simulation equipment is typically used to simulate the "cold black background" and "high vacuum" environment of space for aerospace products in ground conditions, conducting various tests such as thermal vacuum tests, thermal balance tests, low pressure tests, discharge tests, and long-life tests.
The equipment structure mainly includes five parts: vacuum simulation container, vacuum assurance system, temperature assurance system, auxiliary system, and control monitoring system. It features high automation, accurate temperature control, simple and convenient operation, and stable and reliable long-term operation. We can customize specialized solutions based on customer needs: customizing the effective size of the vacuum chamber according to the product's shape characteristics, determining the best vacuum pump combination based on usage characteristics, selecting the most suitable cooling method according to the temperature range, and providing a user-friendly operating interface, comprehensive technical training, and complete after-sales service. Based on meeting the above functions of the equipment, we can also expand the equipment's functions according to special requirements, such as magnetic fluid sealing torque loading, quartz crystal microbalance testing, quadrupole mass spectrometry detection, spectral detection, and radiation calibration.
