VacuumCoating machineIt is currently a widely used vacuum device for creating vacuum conditions, generally consisting of three parts: vacuum chamber, vacuum pump, and electric control box. The exhaust system consists of "diffusion pump, mechanical pump, Roots pump, low-temperature cooling, polycold." Our company specializes in the research and development and production of vacuum coating equipment, with an experienced technical team and after-sales service team to solve all problems that arise during the use of the equipment. Below is a detailed introduction to the various components and working principles of the vacuum coating machine.

1. Vacuum body - The size of the vacuum steel varies according to the requirements of the processed product. Currently, the most commonly used diameters are 1.3 meters, 0.9 meters, 1.5 meters, and 1.8 meters. Hollow stainless steel, larger than stainless steel material, does not rust.

2.Coating machineThe auxiliary air intake system: The exhaust system is an important part of the coating machine's vacuum system, mainly consisting of a mechanical pump, a booster pump (mainly introducing the Roots pump), and an oil diffusion pump. This exhaust system consists of "diffusion pump mechanical pump Roots pump low temperature polycold." The exhaust process provides that the mechanical pump first draws the vacuum chamber to a low vacuum state of less than 2.0*10-2PA, then the diffusion pump draws to the prerequisite for vacuum, and after the diffusion pump draws to the vacuum chamber, the mechanical pump is associated with the diffusion pump to complete the air intake action.

Mechanical pump: The mechanical pump, also known as a full-stage pump, is a widely used low vacuum pump that maintains sealing through oil and relies on mechanical methods to continuously change the volume of the pump's intake port, causing the volume of gas in the intake container to continuously expand, thereby achieving a vacuum.

1. Classification of mechanical pumps: There are many types of mechanical pumps, with four commonly used types: sliding valve, piston reciprocating, plate assembly, and rotary chip.

2. The mechanical pump starts working in the atmosphere, and its main parameters are ultimate vacuum and intake rate, which are important bases for designing and selecting mechanical pumps. The pump can extract a container from the atmosphere to an ultimate vacuum of 1.0*10-1PA, and a two-stage mechanical pump can extract containers from the atmosphere above 6.7 * 10-2Pa. The exhaust effect of the mechanical pump is also related to the motor speed and the looseness of the belt. If the motor's belt is too loose, the motor speed is slow, and the exhaust effect of the pump is poor. Therefore, regular maintenance and inspection are necessary, and the sealing effect of the pump oil should also be checked regularly. If the oil is too little, it cannot achieve a sealing effect, leading to air leakage in the pump; if the oil is too much, it can block the intake.

3.Coating machineMechanical pumps are often used to evacuate air but cannot extract gases with too high oxygen content, explosive, or corrosive properties. Mechanical pumps are usually used to clear gases but are not effective against moisture, so they cannot remove moisture.
