Zhongke Kemei held the 2020 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Conference.

On January 18, Zhongke Kemei held the 2020 annual work summary and commendation conference, attended by all employees of the company. The meeting was hosted by Deputy General Manager Wang Xinyong.

At the meeting, General Manager Wang Gaofeng presented the 2020 business work report on behalf of the company's management team. He provided a comprehensive and detailed summary of the 2020 work, focusing on overall business conditions, strategic development, market promotion, key industry development, technological research and development, supply chain management, and team building. Under the guidance of the company's principle of "Innovation leads, cultivating new momentum; industrial upgrading, developing high quality," Kemei's overall operations were stable, core main businesses achieved growth, and the annual business tasks were successfully completed. At the same time, he deeply analyzed the problems and shortcomings in the annual work and looked forward to and set requirements for the 2021 work: first, to be guided by the company's five-year development strategy, facing the national scientific research equipment needs, seizing the opportunities for manufacturing industry upgrading, promoting the large-scale development of high-end integrated equipment, and providing overall solutions for major national scientific projects and the industrial application of vacuum technology. Second, to further liberate thoughts, unite as one, and take responsibility to make new and greater contributions to achieving high-quality development.

Chairman Yu Cailin delivered an important speech. He first expressed gratitude on behalf of the board of directors for the hard work and achievements of all employees over the past year. The year 2020 was extraordinary, with the sudden pandemic, Sino-U.S. trade friction, global economic downturn, and uncertainties in China's economic development. The achievements made by the company in market expansion, technological innovation, and internal control management were hard-won. He pointed out that 2021 is the beginning year of the 14th Five-Year Plan and also the first year of implementing Kemei's new five-year strategic plan. All Kemei colleagues should be guided by the company's mission of "Innovating vacuum technology, serving national research; promoting industrial applications, empowering advanced manufacturing," to stay true to their original intentions, take on responsibilities, identify gaps, and implement actions to achieve new breakthroughs and reach new heights in various work. He proposed three requirements for the 2021 work: first, to strengthen awareness, elevate positions, unify thoughts, and unify understanding; second, to recognize the situation, face problems directly, innovate measures, and achieve breakthroughs; third, to clarify direction, solidify foundations, prevent risks, and grow stronger. He pointed out that the company still needs to work hard in the following six areas: strengthen the system, continuously improve internal control and institutional construction; expand the leading industries, continuously promote the advantages of industries to grow larger and better; cultivate momentum, continuously promote the development of new technologies and new processes; optimize services, continuously enhance customer experience and establish a good market reputation; build teams, continuously improve team effectiveness and create high-efficiency organizations; prevent risks, continuously strengthen risk awareness to ensure operational safety.

Subsequently, the conference held an award ceremony to commend and award outstanding employees, excellent R&D technology reform projects, and excellent QC topics for the year 2020.
