To prevent oxidation of the welding joints, the brazing process is usually carried out in a vacuum environment or in protective gas. Brazing can be completed by heating the entire workpiece, allowing multiple workpieces and multiple welds to be soldered at once, which improves welding productivity. However, the existing vacuum brazing furnaces have complex structures, slow vacuum heating speeds, and brazing operation times can even last for several hours, severely limiting the production efficiency and promotion of brazing.
