Gas-insulated switchgear and ring network cabinet leak detection system
Applicable for leak detection and SF6 gas filling of 12-40.5kV gas-insulated switchgear (C-GIS) and 7.2-12kV ring main unit products, either as a whole unit or gas chamber. During system leak detection and gas filling, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the vacuum chamber of the workpiece and equipment must always be maintained within a certain range to prevent deformation of the workpiece. The system uses the principle of helium mass spectrometry for leak detection, determining the qualification of the tested workpiece through related devices. The used helium gas is recovered and recycled, and finally, SF6 insulating gas is filled under vacuum conditions.

4. SF6 gas filling pressure: 0.035Mpa (gauge pressure)
5. Helium filling pressure: 0.03Mpa (absolute pressure)
6. Helium recovery rate: ≧98%
7. Leak detection cycle: ≦1 hour/piece
