Product Details

1. Inflate the product according to different needs: choose the atmosphere: hydrogen, nitrogen, helium, or other inert gases;

2. Inflation pressure: < 0.4MPa, with a pressure gauge display;

3. Clamping: separate the product from the equipment.

4. Eliminate residual gas in the product pipeline and vent the next batch of products.

5. Number of workstations: 5, can work individually or in any combination of multiple workstations, each sealing clamp is equipped with an independent electromagnetic shut-off valve, allowing independent control of each workstation sealing clamp;

6. Exhaust interface: exhaust pipe diameter φ 4×50, needs to be quickly connected to the exhaust workstation interface.

7. Vacuum degree: the main system's ultimate vacuum degree reaches 5×10^-6Pa;

8. The vacuum system is an oil-free system, using magnetic levitation molecular pumps and dry mechanical pumps, with vacuum pumps from imported brands;

9. All vacuum components strictly adhere to ultra-high vacuum manufacturing processes, with each pipeline and valve undergoing strict leak testing and degassing cleaning to ensure no contamination, with a leak rate lower than 1x10^-9Pa.m³/s.

10. Inflation system: consists of the main inflation valve, pressure gauge, etc., and the inflation system pipeline is manufactured according to ultra-high vacuum processes.
