1. Vacuum chamber size Ф1000×1000mm, effective heating area size 500 (width) × 700 (depth) × 480 (height);
2. Ultimate vacuum level (under 125℃ environment in the vacuum chamber): ≤ 2×10-4Pa;
3. Maximum heating temperature 150℃, working temperature 125℃;
4. Temperature uniformity: After stabilizing at 125℃, temperature measured at 13 points, temperature uniformity ±3℃;
5. Workpiece support: drawer-type structure, 30 layers.
