2. Limit vacuum degree at room temperature without load: 3x10-4pa.
3. Space temperature range: -173℃ to +125℃.
4. Temperature uniformity: ±10℃ at -173℃; ±3℃ from room temperature to +125℃.
5. Heating and cooling rate: ≥2℃/min.
6. Emissivity of the inner surface of the heat sink: ε≥0.90.
