Device Features

The multi-purpose vacuum testing device is a comprehensive system for performance testing of various optical aerospace products. It is a supporting device in the research field of the national large-scale optical surveyor and manned space station project, providing a high vacuum, low-temperature cold black background space environment for various optical performance testing of multi-color imaging and seamless spectral survey cameras for our space station.

1. Vacuum chamber size Φ2500mm×3000mm, connected to an optical expansion chamber of Φ500mm×2500mm;

2. Vacuum degree: ultimate vacuum ≤5×10-5Pa, working vacuum ≤1.3×10-3Pa;

3. Temperature range: -75℃ to +150℃;

4. Total system leakage rate: ≤5х10-9Pa·m3/s;

5. Contaminant content: ≤1×10-7g/cm²/24h;

6. The device has measures for vibration reduction, noise reduction, and anti-static treatment.
