The temperature protection system of the composite working fluid cryogenic unit for ring die equipment mainly consists of a low-temperature cryogenic unit, a heat sink, and a heating cage. It obtains a low-temperature background from the heat sink cooled by the cryogenic unit inside the vacuum chamber. By adjusting the output power of the heating power supply of the heating cage, the temperature range of -140℃ to +150℃ can be achieved in the vacuum chamber space. This refrigeration method is suitable for medium and small-sized ring die equipment with a moderate temperature range.
