This device is mainly used for vacuum processing of infrared Dewars. It is an oil-free, ultra-high vacuum system that can control the preparation processes such as obtaining vacuum inside the infrared Dewar, baking out gases, protecting working gases, and leak testing. It features a fast pumping speed and high ultimate vacuum level. The device is widely used in military and civilian fields such as infrared detection, aviation, and aerospace.

Technical Performance

1. The number of workstations is 16, divided into two groups, with 8 workstations in each group;

2. Ultimate vacuum level: under hot idle conditions, the vacuum level reaches 5~7×10-7Pa;

3. Heating temperature at the workstation is 80℃, with temperature uniformity of ±1℃ and temperature control accuracy of ±1℃;

4. Each workstation is equipped with an N2 charging interface to allow for N2 protection when removing workpieces;

5. A dedicated leak detection port is provided to ensure detailed helium mass spectrometry leak testing after each installation of workpieces, to avoid the evacuation process under leak conditions.
