Connect the test piece to the instrument. Vacuum Method

The tested item is placed in the vacuum chamber, and a certain pressure of helium is filled into the tested item.
The vacuum chamber is connected to the leak detector's leak port. If the tested workpiece has a leak,
the helium that leaks into the vacuum chamber can be detected by the leak detector. Main features:
● Can measure the overall leakage rate of the tested item.
● High detection accuracy and good repeatability.
● Fast detection cycle, especially suitable for online industrial production.
● If equipped with a helium recovery device, helium can be recycled, saving production costs.
● The disadvantage is that other auxiliary methods are needed to determine the leak point.
