Vacuum Oil Filling Equipment
The vacuum oil filling equipment is mainly used for vacuum heating and degassing of medium oil during the manufacturing process of various sensors. It uses a soaking method to fill the medium oil into the sensors. Depending on the production capacity, it can fill multiple sensors at once. This equipment can achieve fully automated operation for the processes of vacuum pumping, heating and degassing, and oil filling.

The vacuum oil filling equipment is mainly used for vacuum heating and degassing of medium oil during the manufacturing process of various sensors, using the immersion method to fill the medium oil into the sensors. Depending on the production capacity, multiple sensors can be filled with oil at once. This equipment can achieve fully automated operation for the vacuum pumping, heating and degassing, and oil filling processes.
Performance Parameters
1. The inner diameter of the oil filling vacuum chamber is Ф500×750, cylindrical in shape, equipped with an observation window and lighting.
2. The cold state empty load limit vacuum degree of the oil filling vacuum chamber: 5×10-4Pa.
3. The inner diameter of the degassing chamber is Ф400×450, vertical cylindrical shape, used for vacuum degassing of silicone oil, glass manufacturing.
4. The cold state empty load limit vacuum degree of the degassing chamber: 5Pa.
5. A magnetic stirrer is placed at the bottom of the degassing chamber, which can heat and stir the oil.
6. After the oil is vacuum degassed in the degassing chamber, the oil is filled into the workpiece through the oil inlet valve using the force of gravity.
