Characteristics of the equipment
The vacuum oil filling equipment is mainly used for vacuum heating and degassing of medium oil in the manufacturing process of various sensors. The medium oil is filled into the sensor by immersion method. Depending on capacity, multiple sensors can be fed at once. The equipment can be vacuum pumping, heating degassing, filling oil process to achieve full automation.
The performance parameters
1. Loading vacuum chamber diameter Ф 500 x 750, bedroom is cylindrical, observation window and lights;
2. Cold no-load limit vacuum degree of oil filling vacuum chamber: 5×10-4Pa;
3. The degassing interior diameter Ф 400 x 450, vertical cylindrical, vacuum degassing for silicone oil, glass manufacturing;
4. The cold no-load limit vacuum of the degassing chamber: 5Pa;
5. Magnetic stirrer is placed at the bottom of the degassing chamber, which can heat and stir the oil;
6. After the vacuum degassing of the oil in the degassing chamber, the oil is filled to the workpiece through the oil inlet valve by the effect of gravity.
