Air Conditioning Coaxial Pipe Leak Detection System

Used for dry leak testing of air conditioning coaxial pipelines, dry air is employed for pressure strength and large leak detection. The tested workpiece is pre-vacuumed and filled with helium gas, and the vacuum box method is used for helium mass spectrometry leak testing. Then, the helium gas from the tested workpiece is recovered and recycled. This equipment determines whether the overall leakage rate of the workpiece is qualified.


Product Details

Used for dry leak testing of air conditioning coaxial pipelines, using dry air for pressure strength and large leak detection. The tested workpiece is pre-vacuumed and filled with helium, and helium mass spectrometry leak detection is performed using a vacuum box method. The helium gas from the tested workpiece is then recovered and reused, allowing this equipment to determine whether the overall leakage rate of the workpiece is qualified.

1) Leak detection cycle: ≤30 seconds/test.

2) Pressure test, large leak pressure judgment: ≤ 5.0 MPa;

3) Helium detection pressure: ≤ 2.0 MPa;

4) Helium recovery rate: ≥ 98 %.

5) Detection leakage rate: less than 2 grams/year;

6) Error-proofing function: qualified product ejection error-proofing and non-conforming product mixing error-proofing.

7) Barcode printing function: automatically print labels for qualified products.

8) Data storage function: detection data is stored in a database and provides an open interface for server reading and querying, with a storage capacity of no less than 200,000 sets of detection data, and has barcode scanning functionality;

9) The equipment has the function of detecting blockages in the pipeline.
