Working principle 1. Helium pressure fine inspection of components. First, put the components in a pressurized sealed container. If there is leakage in the components, the helium will be pressed into the inner cavity. After taking out the components, put them into a vacuum container and use helium mass spectrometer leak detector to detect the leakage. 2. The components to be tested are put into the pressure vessel, and then injected with low boiling point fluorine oil to submerge the workpiece, and pressurize it for a certain period of time. After pressurization, take out the tested piece, and then immerse it in the heavy fluorine oil heated to 125 * C, and observe the bubbles. If bubbles are found, it can be judged as unqualified.
Application background
There is no clutch between the engine and gearbox of automatic transmission vehicle. The connection between them is realized by hydraulic torque converter. The hydraulic torque converter contains hydraulic oil. Once the hydraulic torque converter leaks, the transmission effect will be seriously affected. Therefore, the products should be tested for leakage before leaving the factory.
