The conference closely focused on the guidance of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, deeply studying and implementing the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party. It aimed to further enhance the "Four Consciousnesses," strengthen the "Four Self-confidences," and achieve the "Two Safeguards," in order to strive for the goals and requirements of the "First Action" plan and to build a strong technological nation in the world.
The meeting closely followed the guidance of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, deeply studying and implementing the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party. It further enhanced the "Four Consciousnesses," strengthened the "Four Confidences," and achieved the "Two Safeguards." The theme focused on contributing to the completion of the company's annual operational goals, providing suggestions for the company's and branch's annual work, and creating a clean and upright work atmosphere. During the meeting, all party members examined their own issues, engaged in serious criticism and self-criticism, making the organizational life meeting "come alive," being both willing to accept criticism and brave in self-criticism, and adept at identifying problems to strengthen and standardize political life within the party. The meeting also conducted democratic evaluations of party members, distributing democratic evaluation forms and carrying out on-site democratic assessments of all branch party members.
Finally, Yu Cailin conveyed the spirit of the expanded meeting of the Central Group of the Institute of Science and Technology on February 22, and put forward three requirements: First, to deeply understand the current new situation and changes, enhance political standing, and strengthen mission responsibility. Carefully study and accurately grasp the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party and the deployment of the head office, closely follow the steps to strengthen national strategic scientific and technological capabilities, serve national scientific research, and take the initiative in innovation and development. Second, to dare to identify problems and face them directly, to implement a problem-oriented and goal-oriented approach to make all work practical and detailed, re-sorting and adjusting the key points of annual work, adhering to comprehensive reform and innovation, cultivating new momentum, and seizing development opportunities. Third, to continuously strengthen one's own capabilities, improve service awareness and efficiency, enhance management levels, focus on reform and innovation development, promote the deep integration of party building work with production and operation, and make greater contributions to the high-quality development of the enterprise.
