Vacuum brazing refers to the process of heating workpieces in a vacuum chamber, primarily used for welding products that require high quality and are made of easily oxidizable materials. Vacuum brazing technology is applied in locomotive radiators, compressor intercoolers, refrigerant systems using Freon and alkanes/olefins, excavator oil coolers, gas turbine heat exchangers, high-power transformer radiators, and household appliances.

Vacuum brazing refers to heating workpieces in a vacuum chamber, mainly used for welding products that require high quality and are made of easily oxidizable materials. Vacuum brazing technology is used in locomotive radiators, compressor intercoolers, refrigerant systems using Freon and alkanes/olefins, excavator oil coolers, gas turbine heat exchangers, high-power transformer radiators, and household appliances. The vacuum brazing furnace is a specialized device for vacuum brazing workpieces. Existing vacuum brazing furnaces have structural defects, making it inconvenient to place products into the furnace during processing. After processing, the next product can only be processed after the previous one has completely cooled down, leading to long waiting times and affecting processing efficiency.

Technical implementation elements: Technicians provide a vacuum brazing furnace to solve the above problems. By setting up a material handling device, the space for placing and retrieving products is increased, improving operational convenience. The entire operation process is simple, and the processed products can be cooled externally, enhancing the cooling efficiency of the products and the utilization rate of the equipment.
The vacuum brazing furnace achieves the above objectives through the following technical scheme: a vacuum brazing furnace, including a furnace body device, a control box set on one side of the furnace body device for controlling overall operation, a suction device connected to the furnace body device for vacuuming, and a material handling device set on the front side of the furnace body device for placing and retrieving products, with the material handling device connected to the control box. The furnace body device includes a furnace tank, with a furnace cover at the front end and support legs at the lower end. Heating plates are evenly arranged around the inner wall of the furnace tank, with a load-bearing frame at the center of the heating plates. A thermocouple is set on the rear wall of the furnace tank, the inner wall of the furnace tank is hollow, a water inlet pipe is set on the upper side, a water outlet pipe on the lower side, and a pressure gauge is set at the upper end of the furnace tank.
The support legs stabilize the placement of the furnace chamber, and the thermocouple collects the heating temperature inside the chamber. The suction device includes a vacuum pump, with a steam collection pump connected to the rear side of the vacuum pump, and a gas transport pipe connected to the furnace body device. The vacuum pump evacuates the chamber, and the steam collection pump collects the steam generated during the vacuuming process. The material handling device includes a guide rail, with the upper end of the guide rail slidingly connected to a sliding frame; the sliding frame is equipped with an electric telescopic column; the electric telescopic column has a support frame; the furnace cover is rotatably connected to the furnace tank, with a handle on the furnace cover, and the water inlet and outlet pipes connected to the cooling water tank. The rotational connection improves the operational space for placing and retrieving products inside the furnace tank, facilitating cooling through the water inlet and outlet pipes.

Compared with existing technology, the beneficial effects of the above vacuum brazing furnace are: by setting up a material handling device, the space for placing and retrieving products is expanded, improving operational convenience. The entire operation process is simple, and the processed products can be cooled externally, enhancing the cooling efficiency of the products and the utilization rate of the device.
