With the rapid advancement and implementation of the national new energy vehicle strategy, the new energy vehicle industry has entered a period of rapid development. High voltage direct current relays are important components of the control system for new energy vehicles. Currently, most high voltage direct current relays for new energy vehicles use vacuum and gas-filled types to achieve insulation. Therefore, during the manufacturing process of new energy high voltage direct current relays, it is necessary to evacuate the relay and fill it with insulating gas. Let's learn more below.High Vacuum Exhaust PlatformLet's apply it in the new energy high voltage direct current relay industry!

IntroducedHigh Vacuum Exhaust PlatformApplication in the manufacturing of high voltage direct current relays in the system.

General high voltage direct current relays need to evacuate the relay to obtain reliable insulation.High Vacuum Exhaust PlatformAfter removing the impurity gases inside the relay, fill the relay with insulating gases such as nitrogen, hydrogen, nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas, and sulfur hexafluoride. Specific requirements:

1) Fill with: nitrogen, hydrogen, nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas, sulfur hexafluoride according to different needs.

2) Gas filling pressure: 0.08MPa~0.4MPa.

3) Clamping and cutting to separate the product and equipment.

4) The product's vacuum (510-5Pa;

To ensure the insulation performance of high voltage direct current relay products, the following key points must be ensured during the vacuum and gas filling process.

1) Try to exhaust the residual gas inside the relay before filling, so achieve good vacuum before filling;

2) To ensure the insulation effect of the relay, avoid contamination of the relay by oil return from the vacuum pump during evacuation;

3) After evacuation, when filling the product with air, ensure the accuracy of the filling gas;

4) After filling with insulating gas, use a sealing jaw to close the mouth, ensuring sealing performance to prevent leakage;

5) The high vacuum exhaust platform for high voltage direct current relays is production equipment. To ensure product quality and improve production efficiency, a multi-stage setting is usually adopted;

6) The high vacuum exhaust for high voltage direct current relays is semi-automated equipment. Through the soft and hard combination of the system, it can achieve safety protection, interlocking protection, fault alarm, and other functions, facilitating operation and maintenance;

The electrical control part is controlled by PLC, integrating the vacuum pump, sealing jaw, and gas filling system.

The system operates a machine tool to display various working conditions and sets various information parameters through permission settings.

The electrical control system has various reliable interlocking and protection functions. After the protection device is activated, all devices stop working and display an alarm.

The display shows the working steps in real-time and can also count data.

The equipment has a password protection function to prevent unrelated personnel from changing parameters or manual operations; in addition, to facilitate setting parameters for each required product, 20 groups of parameters can also be set.

Fault statistics function can record the fault time.

　　High Vacuum Exhaust PlatformIt has both manual and automatic operation modes, with normal operation in automatic mode, and can easily switch to manual mode during equipment maintenance; the automatic control of the vacuum system, control of basic action units, and automatic control functions meet a series of actions from vacuuming, gas filling to sealing, ensuring safety and reliability. It has safety alarms and fault information display with text prompts. When there is a fault in the water, electricity, or gas lines, it automatically issues sound alarms and actions to protect the system.
