According to the complexity of the liquid nitrogen system and the characteristics of customers, the open boiling liquid nitrogen refrigeration system and throttling liquid nitrogen refrigeration system with pressure can be developed. This kind of equipment can be used for system level and component level acceptance and qualification tests of various spacecraft.

 

Applicability

 

1. Temperature range: - 180 ℃ ~ + 180 ℃;

 

2. Most of them are suitable for ring mould equipment of level km2 and above;

 

3. The frequency of use is low, so it is suggested to use the open boiling liquid nitrogen system, and the development cost is relatively low;

 

4. It is recommended to adopt throttling liquid nitrogen system with pressure because of its high frequency of use, so the operation cost is relatively low;

 

5. The limit vacuum of no-load at room temperature can reach 10-6pa.
