The heat transfer oil unit is used to cool the heat sink. By adjusting the heating power of the heater of the heat transfer oil unit and controlling the operation of the compressor, the heat sink and the cold plate can be adjusted and controlled at - 85 ℃ ~ + 150 ℃. The design of heat sink and cold plate realizes the coexistence of radiation and heat conduction in the vacuum environment, and effectively improves the temperature rising and falling rate of the specimen. This refrigeration method is suitable for small and medium-sized ring mold equipment with narrow temperature range and high frequency.
