Technical performance

1 The number of stations is 16 stations, divided into two groups, each group has 8 stations;

2. Ultimate vacuum degree: the vacuum degree in the hot state is 5~7×10-7Pa in the no-load state;

Heating temperature of 3 station is 80℃, temperature uniformity of 8 channels is ±1℃, temperature control accuracy is ±1℃;

4. The N2 filling interface is configured at the working station, so that the N2 protection can be filled when the workpiece is unloaded;

5. The special leak detection port can meet the requirement of careful helium mass spectrometry leak detection after the installation of the workpiece each time, so as to avoid the exhaust process in the state of air leakage
