Technical performance

1. System limit vacuum: ≤ 1 × 10-5pa;

2. Working vacuum: 1 × 10-4 PA in 1 h and 3 × 10-4 PA in hot state;

3. System pressure rise rate: Static vacuum ≤ 3.6 PA after 12 hours of shutdown;

4. Heating temperature: the heating zone is 300 × H400 (mm), the maximum heating temperature is 1000 ℃, the working temperature is 850 ℃, and the temperature uniformity of the working zone is ± 5 ℃;

5. Heating temperature rate range of working area: 1 ℃ / min ~ 25 ℃ / min;

6. Temperature control accuracy: constant temperature zone ± 3 ℃, inflection point ± 5.
